FITNESSWORKING IN THE COMMUNITY – Rain or Shine
Rise and shine and join us every Sunday morning starting in April to learn more about trail riding and mountain biking.
We meet in the gazebo at 10AM ready to Get Goin! at Hamby City Park in Hillsboro on Jackson School road. A bike coach will be there for about an hour to give you pointers on riding, maintenance, and fitness skills.
LOCATION: 1035 NE Jackson School Road Hillsboro, OR 97124(NE Jackson School Road and Arrington Street)
A fitness enthusiast will always be present and usually a Certified Personal Trainer will be on hand to inspire you through a structured activity of your choice.
AGENDA: We meet up in the Gazebo, chat some, distribute trail/mileage maps, do light warm-ups, and then hit the trails.
